Q:Why was it that back in the 90s, people's legs would be as long as the enitre upper half of the body, if not longer?

That’s the way people looked in the 90s. Fallout from the Y2K cure changed humanity’s genetic structure, resulting in a redistribution of proportions, typically shorter legs and longer torsos.
